The FAMILY Triathlon Series in Western New York TRIWNY.com is the only All-Western NY multi-sport series. These races are competitive, yet fun, with a Family Focus. And what better way to assist a family by offering the LOWEST Registration prices for Triathlons/Duathlons and Kids events in Western New York. Bring the whole family to participate and/or watch and cheer! We now offer Duathlon races as part of our series, check it out and sign up! Duathletes have the SAME awards catagories as Triathletes.

New for 2010 ! A Husband/Wife catagory-Top three couples overall will recieve awards. Also, if an entire family participates, we will be giving that family a custom technical dri-fit shirt (provided by A4) with there name on the front !

Hello, and welcome to this second edition of the only dedicated Duathlon race in the City of Buffalo. Course has been modified to now have one transition area as requested by you, the competitors. Plus, TRIWNY.com has continued to offer the LOWEST Registration Fee's in all of W.N.Y. for Individuals, Teams and Kid's, making it a cost savings for the entire family.Race will feature a 3K run, followed by a 15K Bike ( Bike course will be Closed to vehicular traffic) and finishing with a 5K run in and around beautiful, serene Cazenovia Park. The Tiger Duathlon will benefit Bishop Timon High School's Academic & Athletic endeavors while offering a safe and secure race course that each athlete will appreciate.
Awards to top Male /Female overall, as well as Top Clydesdale/ Lady Athena catagory, the Tiger Duathlon will also have awards for each 5 year age group of Male/ Female- 3 deep. Top Relay Team catagory to the fastest relay team and NEW for 2010, the Top 3 Husband/ Wife catagory! There will also be a "Tiger Cub Du" for children from ages 3 yr. up to 12 yr. old (distances will be appropriate for ages).Also, new for 2010, if an entire family signs up for the Tiger Duathlon, we will be awarding that family a custom designed specialty shirt "Tiger Family Pride" featuring the family name on the front of the shirt.

This Triathlon will feature a beach entrance 600 meter swim in Green Lake. Similtaneously, Duathlete's will run a 2 mile run. A fun, yet challenging 22 mile (two loops) bike course awaits throughout Orchard Park. This will be followed by a four mile run through the Green Lake development. Fairly flat run course through tree lined streets to provide shade. Also, the QuakerKids Tri presented by:

2010 race now set! Get ready for a fun filled Triathlon season featuring the oldest Triathlon in WNY, the Wet & Wild Triathlon! Plus, TRIWNY.com has continued to be the lowest priced Triathlon/Duathlon series in all of Western New York. We charge the lowest for Individuals, Teams and children. Passing the savings on to where it is needed most, FAMILIES!
Race day registration will open up at 7:00 AM. Transition area will open by 7:30 AM and the pre-race meeting will be at 8:45 AM. The Duathlon will be the first wave at 9:00 AM with the first swim wave starting about 3 to 5 minutes later.
In 2009, we worked on making the oldest Triathlon in WNY better. 2010 will continue with the new & improved venue and a Duathlon Race! A Beach entrance/exit swim of 600M in Lake Ontario is added to the fun. While swim portion is going on, Duathlete's will head out on a 2.5 mile run. A flat & fast 20 mile bike, then finishing with an intriguing run, featuring grass & trails. This year we will be shortening the run to a measured 5K run, eliminating many turns. Race day also includes the Master Guru Kid's TRI . All this plus, Race shirts provided by A4 Technical Race Shirts.
